About Bradenton Beach

Bradenton Beach is the southern city on Anna Maria Island, with the shops and restaurants of Bridge Street at its center and long Coquina Beach at its south end. Coquina Beach has Manatee County lifeguards. Water is warm most of the year and cool in winter. Rip currents are Florida’s deadliest beach hazard, so check the safety flag and rip-current risk above, follow posted flags, and swim near a lifeguard.
