About Rosemary Beach
Rosemary Beach is a planned town near the eastern end of Scenic Highway 30A, known for its walkable streets, Caribbean-influenced architecture and town green steps from the Gulf. A South Walton Fire District lifeguard tower covers the beach in season. Gulf water here is bath-warm in summer and cool in winter. Rip currents are Florida’s deadliest beach hazard, so check the safety flag and rip-current risk above, follow posted flags, and swim near a lifeguard.
